What can I do for you?

Hi, my name is Arnaldo Franco, I am mainly software developer indeed I am graduated as Systematizing Data Tech., something like Computer Sciences related. Anyway, for years I was working as a support engineer, deploying data and communications network infrastructures, including deploying Windows and GNU Linux servers with several services for companies with 50 to 5,000 employees, needed to deal with interconnection service providers. My duties as SysAd Windows & GNU Linux Servers were mainly responsible for Active Directories planning and deployment, perimetrical security, email services deployment and sanitized internet access control, and yes, most of the times punch a wire or fiber.

Then by 15 years I got the new role, teacher, yes you read fine. Working for some few Universities as a professor for technical careers, teaching data networking, and computer programming. I loved to be a professor.

And now, for those things of life, I end up working full with GNU Linux and free software; so I do not know when it happened; but one day I uninstalled any Windows from my computer and I was with GNU Linux since. In those days, I remember; develops desktop applications using Delphi, now use Lazarus for that; anyway, both of them is Pascal.

So, summing up today, I perform the Scrum Master Role, cybersecurity is also one of my lines of action, (really is a passion) and I develop applications for web and Android platform and this is my toolbox for that including languages, Frameworks, DataBase engines and other stuff:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java, CodeIgniter (yes i prefer a lightweight and consistent "framework"), AngularJS, Bootstrap, MySQL, PostgreSql, Ms-SQL (Yes Microsoft ;-) ), Geany (yes I do a lot by hand, I use very little Eclipse or Netbeans), Atom, Git, SVN,  (Humm tortoise as client. I'm leaving svn anyway), SimpleTest, FireBug, OpenProject. I thought that's the main, do you know what I mean?

And what about the methodology? Well, Xp, Agile.

Finally, I love the protocol KISS (Keep it simple, stupid  ;-) ) , Bring solutions; not troubles.!!
